I was a slacker and never completed my defensive driving class. I procrastinated, and was super busy with kids and schedules, then had technical issues, and my favorite computer geek was half a world away, etc., etc., and suddenly the deadline came and passed.
So I get to go to court for that little fender bender I had about a month ago.
Maybe they will give me an extension, maybe they won't.
Either way, I'm feeling rather nauseous about the whole thing.
The last time I had to stand before a judge it involved the words "$2500 fine, and 30 days suspended jail sentence."
